"The IQ Hotel Firenze saved us!! We originally booked another hotel and it was an absolute dump. After having stayed in the IQ Hotel Roma we were so happy to know that there was an IQ Hotel in Florence. We immediately called them and were able to get the most beautiful room for the remainder of our stay. The staff knew of our predicament and they had an amenity waiting in our room when we checked in, which was so thoughtful of them! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable! The hotel has a laundry room which is so convenient! Their room service and food was top notch. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and making our stay in Florence a beautiful one! "

"Check in was efficient and the staff were very helpful. It is located near the sites, which are within a 5-15 minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. We were also provided drinking water (uncommon in Europe) and the room had a Nespresso machine. Check out was seamless and were allowed to store our bags when we spent a last afternoon in Florence. "

"We stayed here one the first and last night of our trip to be close to the airport. If you go into it with the assumption that it's purely functional, it does that job rather well. But do note you will not not be within walking distance of any of the typical sights in Florence. This is just for staying near the airport if you have a late arrive or or early departure. While our first stay was okay, the second stay was great. Our room on the 2nd stay was much larger and the staff were fantastic. I think it may depend on which staff are there at the time and what room you get assigned, but in any event I think it's a great place near the airport. "
