Soggiorno diverse volte al mese in questa struttura in quanto si trova di fronte al mio ufficio... quindi inutile dire che per me è una soluzione strategica quando sono a Roma... stanze sempre pulite, zona comune spaziosa, accessibilità ottima in quanto non c’è il servizio reception... ci tornerò

Pleasant room

We found the room simple but comfortable anf clean. The double bed was actually two single mattresses which moved apart too easily. I found the shower curtain smelled a little which was unpleasant. The bathroom was however very clean. The interior decour was also very funky. The area was great.

Todo increíble, la zona es perfecta para moverse a todos lados, solamente cuando llegamos a la habitación el baño olía un poco mal pero abrimos las llaves del agua y era las tuberías, nada grave.

Excellently located next to Trastevere station but a bit far from the heart of Trastevere restaurant area. Very clean and nicely designed room with a great balcony.

Ottima soluzione a Trastevere

La camera pulita e ordinatissima, davvero un gioiello. Solo una pecca: la zona è abbastanza viva e fino alle 24 abbiamo sentito rumori provenire dalla strada. Se quindi volete andare a letto presto, non è l'ideale.

A cidade em si não ajuda muito. Cheia de mendigos e pedintes. Bastante insegura. O "hotel" na verdade é um apartamento gigante em um prédio antigo que foi transformado em quartos com paredes de gesso e madeira, assusta. Parece ser bastante inseguro apesar de não ter ocorrido nenhum problema. A sensação é de insegurança. Se for cardiopata não se atreva a entrar no elevador. Além disso a taxa de permanência na cidade, Roma, em si já é um assalto. O transporte TB é sofrível, um dos piores da Europa.

É posto in una zona comoda e ben collegata sia con la stazione ferroviaria di Trastevere, sia col centro cittá attraverso il tram n. 8. Tuttavia la soluzione doccia distinta dal bagno non permetteva una sua perfetta separazione dalla stanza e si sentiva un leggero odore di scarico! Bisognerebbe dotarla di una porta e non di una tenda, come ora!

Ótimo custo benefício

Quarto amplo limpo e moderninho com banheiro limpo e amenities. Pertinho da estação Trastevere, compramos bilhete no aeroporto (8 euros, mais barato q o Leonardo Express que vai a Termini) viemos andando com uma mala de rodinha por 3quadras. Possui tram na esquina (linha 8 Casaretto) que leva ate Piazza Venezia no centro. A noite iamos jantar a pé no burburinho do Trastevere. Tudo de bom!

The staff person went out of the to contact me before my stay and was all around accommodating and delightful. There was a small plumbing problem and they had it fixed immediately upon my request. A wonderful place to stay overall.

Great location and value

Modest place, scrupulously clean with funky decor, very basic but with everything. Young clientele even we two retirees loved it. Near Trastevere train station and public transpo. Self check-in and check-out but very good instructions. Not for those who expect luxury but great for anyone looking for a cool place at good value and very clean and comfortable.Excellent restaurant, pizzeria, coffee bar, and drop-off laundry within a half block.

For a solo traveler this place did the job. It was easy to get into the building and up the elevator with the instructions provided ahead of time. I was able to get into my room before the checkin time. WIFI was great and worked perfectly for me. Only issue as others have mentioned: low water pressure, hot water unreliable and I wish there was an iron I could use in the room.
