Uma experiência simplesmente horrível, o que era para ser uma viagem para comemorar um aniversário de casamento se tornou um poço de stress, nada no hotel funciona. Minha esposa grávida, ficamos no bloco mais longe que tinha no hotel, a chave do quarto simplesmente não funciona, tive que voltar inúmeras vezes até a recepção para reconfigurar, isso com a minha esposa passando mal sentada no corredor. O chuveiro não sai água, tomar banho de manhã é praticamente impossível, além do ar condicionado não funcionar direito e a cafeteira estragada no quarto. Isso tudo porque o quarto escolhido para nos hospedarmos foi o de categoria mais alta do hotel, um valor alto de diária para uma experiência simplesmente horrível. Não recomendo a ninguém.
