This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, nao necessita de carro para locomoção. Hotel é pet friendly, possui quadra de tênis, recreação, piscina coberta aquecida. O atendimento da Concierge Joyce espetacular, ela explicou tudo sobre o hotel. O café da manhã é muito completo. Adoramos ficar hospedados e as crianças já querem voltar.

Assim que entrei no quarto, um cheiro horrível de velho/guardado e não conseguimos ficar dentro. Falei com a recepção e eles conseguiram nos trocar de quarto e o problema acabou. Ao chegar no restaurante do café da manhã, a moça que estava anotando o número do quarto virou e disse que não tínhamos direito ao café da manhã, fiquei se reação e constrangida, afinal mais pessoas entrando e eu barrada com meu filho. Eu estava já tão chateada com a situação do cheiro do quarto da noite anterior que uma funcionária me ouvir falar com meu filho e se aproximou para auxiliar, ligou para a recepção e confirmou que tínhamos direito e que não teríamos mais esse constrangimento, até mostrei a reserva aqui no site e que Hotéis.com nem tinha opção sem café da manhã, foi uma situação bem desagradável. Ao procurarmos a sala com vídeo game, fomos informados que era uma empresa terceirizada e que encerrou a parceria, ou seja, aqui tem fotos e ao chegar não foi a realidade encontrada. Funcionários atenciosos, na boca da rua coberta, o hotel é bonito e piscina agradável, mas no geral não voltaria, pois fiquei 3 diárias antes dele no Buona Vitta e foi espetacular.
