"Solo quería escribir una reseña y decir que, cuando alguien se toma el tiempo de sentarse y escribir una opinión, nueve de cada diez veces está diciendo la verdad, porque nadie pierde su tiempo escribiendo una reseña negativa sin motivo. Debí haber prestado atención a los comentarios anteriores, ya que varias personas mencionaban que al usar la regadera el agua se salía y se metía a la habitación. Lamentablemente, eso mismo me ocurrió a mí. Además, las habitaciones son realmente muy pequeñas. Sin embargo, lo más importante fue mi experiencia al momento del check-out. Mientras estaba haciendo mi salida, frente al mostrador y delante de otros huéspedes que estaban registrándose o saliendo del hotel, una de las empleadas bajó con una funda de almohada y la mostró públicamente, diciendo que estaba manchada y exigiéndome el pago de una cuota de $25 dólares. Mientras intentaba explicarle que una funda de almohada se puede lavar, para mi sorpresa regresó con una toalla de mano y dijo que también estaba manchada por el maquillaje que había usado. Le pregunté si eso no podía lavarse, y me respondió que no, que de cualquier manera debía pagar los $25 por la funda de almohada porque tenía el logotipo del hotel. Para mí fue una situación muy vergonzosa y humillante tener esa conversación delante de todos los demás huéspedes. Por esa razón, no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel."

"Very clean and well maintained. Espresso maker and water dispenser nearby in hotel. Very nice room. Good price. Easy to get to from airport. Breakfast buffet included. Other option available from the restaurant in house, including room service. Muy limpio y bien cuidado. Hay una cafetera de espresso y un dispensador de agua cerca, en el hotel. La habitación es muy bonita. Buen precio. Fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto. Desayuno buffet incluido. "The property and rooms are well and good conditions. But the restaurant is a bad decision, part of the food is served (some hot cream) cold, unflavored and bad smell, something impossible to eat. The waiter informed the restaurant manager, but the latter merely gestured and said it didn't matter—and they charged for it anyway. The problem isn't the cost of the dish or the food itself, but rather the attitude and customer service—or lack thereof—which didn't even include an apology."

Lo que me encanto es que tenía comunicado el mall así pudimos salir a comer mi Madre y yo muy serca sin necesidad de salir muy lejos del hotel."
