The breakfasts are good and the staff are always helpful. The porter takes our luggage to Terminal del Norte and assists us to the bus. The internet is much better than in previous years.

The check in process was very slow however they were likely very busy because of Muertos celebration. Our room was very large with 3 comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the pillows were literally impossible to use - it was like trying to sleep with your head on a large football!! Ask for a room away from the roadside, as the traffic can be annoying!!
