Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, mostly quiet. I was able to cook a meal for myself in the kitchen. I felt comfortable enough and rested well so that I returned and I *will* be back.

It was clean and I never had to wait for the shower or bathroom. They were so helpful and kind. They even kept my luggage for me after I checked out so I could see the city before my flight. I will be returning.

I've travelled far and wide and found this place value for money. You get what you pay for. Friendly, clean and secure. All staff very helpful and while I have no spainish all staff were patience with me asking questions via Google translate.

This was our first hostel experience, so sharing restrooms and showers was interesting and definitely takes some timing and patience. 😂 The communal areas are modern, artsy and nicely decorated. It really does feel like a “treasure.” The terrace looked great, but unfortunately it rained our entire stay. We only had breakfast once. It was basic but okay. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Reception can be hard to find since the staff also clean and are often around the property, but when we found them they were always friendly and helpful. The coded outside entrance is a little annoying, but feels secure. We later moved to a studio, which was much better with more space and a private shower/restroom. Unfortunately, our door keypad didn’t work, leaving the room unlocked day and night, which was concerning. The boiler also needed repair, there was a small restroom leak, no TV remote, and we had to switch Wi-Fi networks to get connected. The neighborhood isn’t very touristy, but there’s a lot nearby. V de Vegano is around the corner, El Chopo is a few blocks away, and Lagunilla and Tepito are close. There’s also a Bodega Aurrera, gas station and Little Caesars on the corner. Overall, there are things that need improvement, but for the price, it’s a pretty good value in CDMX.

The hotel is basically a hostel , the best part was the place is ultra quiet but the only bad thing was no hot water, not much outside to walk around and see anything, but it was ok for the price

My family and I recently stayed at your apartment. At first, everything appeared perfect the place was clean, well organized, and full of natural light. However, during our first night, my husband woke up in the middle of the night with multiple bite marks on his back and front, which were very itchy. After inspecting the bed, we discovered two bedbugs that we killed; both had visible blood, confirming an infestation. This was extremely upsetting and disruptive, especially after a long flight and with young children to care for. My husband had to move to the living room sofa, which was quite uncomfortable. I immediately checked the other two bedrooms where our children were sleeping and, thankfully, did not find any signs of bedbugs there. The next morning, before we left the apartment, I reported the incident to the staff member on duty. One of the staff members overheard my complain and stated “it’s always one room that has this issue” I was shocked and intended not to put too much mind to it. She informed me that she and her colleague would inspect the apartment and spray the affected area while arranging for an exterminator to properly treat the problem.
