An elevator didn't work which was a nightmare going down or up because there were a lot of people waiting, the towels look like they were used for cleaning (very old), the night I arrived my bed didn't have sheets!!! They are very neglecting the property and customer service (very few employees say hello).

All employees do their best for the client satisfaction, a big thank you to the housekeeping ladies on the 2nd floor who are always kind besides their hard work. This hotel is pretty well located, plenty of public transportation and the way to access the main building from the top lobby makes me feel secure.
