"We stayed for almost a week, and really enjoyed getting to walk around the neighborhood. Also pretty close to most of what you wanna do by public transit, which was great. There are a fair number of stairs to get up to the rental and inside, but that seems pretty typical for Seattle. We used the crib for our 11 month old, and it was nice and sturdy!"

"Very comfortable; easy to park; quiet neighborhood but easy walk to a fun stretch of restaurants, breweries and shops. Just note this is on ground floor with no AC so on a hot day, you want those windows open and there are no screens - so if you have any stranger-danger, it's a bit anxiety inducing. That said, with the windows open and the fan on, we stayed comfortable!"
