"Some of the check-in staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. Others were not. I experienced both ends of the spectrum on this. Eduardo at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming and helpful! The person who checked me in (can't remember her name sadly) and checked me out... was not. She didn't explain or go over any of the standard hotel items with me. Eg. She asked for my credit card at check in and asked specifically "Is this just for incidentals/ a hold on my card?" she said yes, and I believed her. Had she mentioned the "Destination Fee" and etc would have been charged on this same card, I would have charged a different credit card. I also felt she just wasn't happy to be at her job. It wasn't a welcoming feeling. Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a very tight fit. Our room had an adjoining door to the room next to us and our neighbours were VERY early risers (5am wake up) and we could hear them LOUD and CLEAR in the mornings and they weren't yelling or speaking all that loudly. Between them and the News they watched every morning, I did not have a restful sleep/stay."

"First, the staff is amazing. We were greeted as Expedia members, which rarely happens, and given an upgrade as well as a little gift bag. There is no shortage of staff, either as there always seemed to be someone to help, even with a busy lobby at check-in/out. Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. The TV actually worked well, unlike in most hotels. The room layout seemed to be well thought out with everything right where it should be. Third, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s basically a short e-scooter ride to everything.The rooftop seating area is really nice and a good place to bring a drink in the early evening and just admire the city views. I could go on, but you just have to go and enjoy this place. We will definitely be back in the Spring, and probably even before then."

"The location is great, if you want to be in the centre of the city, the convention centre and walking distance other than the Public Market. It is a shame Macy's closed, as it leaves a big empty building right across the street. Recommend you drive to Bellevue Square for your shopping fix (a short drive to Bellevue, Washington). Also, although the one restaurant/bar in the hotel is fine, and staff are great, consider booking a table in outside restaurant for more variety."
