"The property is what it looks like on the pictures on the outside, but really really small in the inside. First off the house was renovated but the floors are uneven. I’m a disabled person and almost fell a few times tripping on the floor. The hallway is so small. If you’re a plus size person you will NOT be able to get down the hallway. My assistive walking device (rollator) could NOT make it down the hallway. Getting into the bathroom is also tricky. Again, if you are a plus size person you won’t be able to get into the bathroom to use the toilet. There is an uneven floor going into the bathroom so be careful. The toilet is behind the door. You have to close the door to get to the toilet. I think the owners live next door. My friends and I talked amongst ourselves about how disappointed we were in the place and the next day the owner came and addressed the issues we discussed. Weird. They were very nice people however nice doesn’t make up for the fact the pictures make the property look bigger than it was. * I want to mention I did contact the owner immediately after we checked in to tell her about the hallway and that I’m disabled. She did not respond to my email but she verbally came over to the place to apologize. She did not offer any concessions for my inconvenience on her part. I do not legally have to disclose I’m disabled but they legally have to disclose the property is NOT ada compliant.* VRBO needs to fix this"

"I had to wait 15 minutes for change of shift at 3pm to check in. Shouldnt that not coincide with check in time? The ladies at the desk were very nice and friendly. There was a lit of construction going on around the place, but it was not noisy or an inconvenience. It looks like ownership is trying to rejuvenate a once mediocre hotel. The room that I had was newly renovated, comfortable, and acceptable. I did not see any bugs or faulty plumbing, AC, etc as other reviews stated. I almost took the booking as a losss and rescheduled elsewhere once I saw the reviews, but I gave it a chance. Im glad that I did. I was only in the room a cumulative 12 hours out of the 48 that I rented it for, so it was a great value. I will say that the room was clean with no smells, bugs, etc, but with it being a newly remodeled room in a current construction zone, the floors couldve been mopped srveral more times to get rid of the construction dirt and dust. However, I understand that its difficult with ongoing construction and it did not alter my review of the room or establishment. I traveled aline and I was not apprehensive of my surroundings at all and was impressed with the amount of security cameras and parking I would stay here again."
