The sheets were dirty. Hair in the tub and sinks. Cigarette burns in comforter. Spider webs in corner. Had to wait until 2 pm for management and they didn't want to give us clean bedding or towels

Met my needs for French Quarter Fest weekend. I don’t go to NO for the hotel! Bed comfortable, room clean, shower hot. Met all three needs. For what I paid, I wasn’t expecting the Ritz-Carlton. If it comes up with similar pricing on my next visit I’ll probably stay again.

The location is not great and the property has not been well maintained. The building is old the beds and the TV are too small and the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. This property needs plenty of improvements. Also there was no soap or toilet paper in the room.

This place should have their ability to be called a Red Roof Inn revoked. Sheets on beds are stained. Air conditioner is old with dirty filter. Tub and sink vanities are cracked. Do not stay here for any reason.
