I was surprised to be charged a tip in the dining room for an order placed via the online app when I had had no staff interaction at the time.
However, the hotel staff were always most courteous and helpful and demonstrated their integrity in the management of our lost property.

Loved this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s right near the subway. Easy walk to the ferry and the staff were amazing. Both myself and my husband both said it’s a lovely hidden gem that we were very lucky to have found. If you have kids, family or just a couple this is the place to stay. Plus the pizza just around the corner is to die for !!!!!

This property was in an amazing location. Outside was a subway station #1 which took us all the way to time square and to battery park to catch the ferries to the Statue of Liberty. For eating Zara's was great but we preferred eating at George’s.
Like everywhere in NYC, you cannot escape construction noise or road noise or garbage truck noise.
However this little hotel was fantastic for our week stay in NYC.

This is a really well located hotel in SoHo and offers fantastic amenities, such as a well stocked little shop for coffee & snacks downstairs, a gorgeous roof-top bar & light-filled rooms. It is very clean and the staff are super friendly & helpful. Check-in & out was a breeze and communication re the booking was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.
