"It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed. Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed. Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant. Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding. In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán. "First, this is NOT a hotel. It's a small apartment building with not staff on site. Apartment was filthy. Don't look atop the headboard in the bedroom! Not sure what all the stains on the couch were. Don't open the cabinet above the sink, it'll fall on your head. Need to fill a pot with water? Turn on the faucet and then go for an hour long walk. The shower drain is so slow that you'll end up taking a bath. That's enough for now, it's bringing back bad memories...but i could go on. You've been warned."

"While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet. No other service provided with it. One of the receptionists was really nice, she tried to make our stay more pleasant even with the downfalls. We had to disconnect the TV to be able charge our phones. The outlets did not work. The small refrigerator did not work also. The room was serviced daily that was nice. "
