The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately our roof leaked 3 of the 6 nights we stayed here which caused large puddles of water throughout the room - this was during peak stormy season however for the price of the hotel we would have expected a better maintained roof. Other than this, the hotel is beautiful, the room was huge, and it's very quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely return during a less rainy period.

Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias!
