Staffs are helpful. But this hotel has issues with communication. It is a pseudo all inclusive, so set your expectation right. Buffet food is a ok quality. No dinning option for late night arrival.

For the most part our stay was great! the rooms could be cleaned better but the food and amenities were great they have alot of parking which is a plus if you want something thats more quiet,this is not the place for you the bandas play in front of the beach all day which was a major plus for us

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't have visitors in my room, but with all the issues going on in Sinaloa ,Mexico I understand the tight security. Other than that it was a memorable stay. The rooms were very clean and modern and the food at the restaurant was exquisite. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The only negative thing I would say is for the pool areas not enough chairs, we never found a chair anytime of the day or night. Loved the shower but the drain was terrible was a pool in the shower. Over all this is a great place to stay. Thank you

My humble opinion is that this hotel surpassed my expectation on everything; the only con side was that the hotel is flawless at 75% capacity once reaches 100% you can see the overwhelming work on the staff and facilities. Sadly for us fluctuated between 75-100% on our 7 day stay and wasn't as pleasant as I wished. Would we return to it? oh yes we will!

Breathtaking Views of Beautiful Mazatlan

I flew from the US into Mazatlan. I had booked a 6 night stay here. Before arriving I confirmed with the hotel that they did not have any complimentary shuttle service, but they did recommend booking with Pronatours for transporting from/to the airport. Checking in was pretty seamless as they had staff that can speak english. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean inside and out. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is also literally on the beach so we would walk right down to the beach with ease. A bonus is that every night there are live performances that you can enjoy while eating dinner. The rooms were well furnished. The views from the balcony was just amazingly beautiful! The walls were kind of thin I guess since I could hear our neighbors watching TV on occasion. The dining hall was very clean and food for me was very good. Good variety of fresh fruits, salsas, hot foods, and desserts. Mornings would have an egg station where you can request freshly made egg dishes. As well as a taco station where they had freshly made tacos on request. Most of all I was very pleased with the waiters and waitresses. All super friendly and accommodating. They were all very quick and attentive - I can tell they worked very hard. An experience that exceeds what I see here in the US. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again. I recommend you come and give this hotel a try. You won’t be disappointed.
