Great place to stay only recommendation would be to choose a room away from the front of the hotel because it gets very loud at night lots of traffic and people walking around at night

The staff of the Hotel was extremely cooperative with request to change rooms and assisted with the baggage for the move. The check in and check out was timely. The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Plaza

This is a beautiful new Hotel. Our room was lovely and the pool was perfectly small but nice. This was the off season , so not many gringos which we liked. Many great restaurants near by. We will be back.

The staff was wonderful, very kind. But the room? The sink in the bathroom had a terrible smell. No amount of water would get rid of it. There were no towel rods, or hooks in the bathroom. The walls of the room were like paper. I could hear the people in the next room have sex, as though they were in the bed with me. They weren't. No coffee to be had in the hotel either.

Todo súper bien, solo agregaría línea para comunicarse a recepción y servicio de comida y bebidas a las habitaciones ya que no hay manera de tener bebidas frías pues se calientan muy rápido y las tiendas quedan a varias cuadras de distancia.

Un hotel boutique excepcional, en el centro histórico a un lado de plaza Machado... Me encantó su infraestructura con su alberca en la parte alta, lo disfrutamos muchísimo, muy cerca de catedral y del mercado a tres cuadras ... Ampliamente recomendado y el precio muy accesible!

muy buenos al, excelente servicio de limpieza y de atención, lo único fue que se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos de cuarto y mientras estabamos hospedados llovió y había una gotera en el cuarto pero en general, muy bonito el hotel, las camas son muy cómodas.

Es un moderno hotel ubicado estratégicamente en la zona antigua histórica de Mazatlan , se encuentra muy cerca del malecón y de muchos restaurantes donde se encuentran variedades gastronómicas d ella región e internacional !! Definitivamente recomiendo este Hotel

El Hotel es muy bonito, limpio, agradable, buena ubicación, no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero justo enfrente hay uno ( que no es muy barato), pero 3n mi caso, estuve en la habitación 27 y por la noche se escuchaban unos ruidos de golpes muy fuertes que no me dejaron descansar bien

Ampliamente recomendable, ubicado en una zona tranquila segura a pocos metros de bares y restaurantes, cerca del malecón, de la plaza machado. Nos atendieron muy bien, las habitaciones y el baño son espaciosos y limpios. En la terraza hay una alberca con mirador súper padre.
