"This is a great place to stay in Mazatlan. It is close to everything. It is right on the beach. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching the waves. The hotel is old and is showing signs of wear. The cable TV system kept freezing making it impossible to watch. The place is basic, but it is well cared for. Absolutely bring ear plugs. It is not the hotel's fault that locals like to BLAST music when they drive and could care less if others are sleeping. It is a nice place and simply the best location."
