Over all a good experience. Definitely worth the stay for the view and location. Few amenities that the room offered but lacked functionality. Hot tub on patio did not work. Stove did not work. Hot tub I really was okay going without since it was so hot outside. However the stove was important as we did some groceries that involved cooking. Roof top is amaze and so is the staff. Drinks and food menu super affordable!

Unit was not supplied with a coffee maker. When we requested one it took multiple attempts to finally receive a tiny one. There were no beach towels for pool. Towels for bath on the first night did not look clean but for the remainder of the week they were fine. We were not able to have a second key which was inconvenient.

Really enjoyed the property! Booked in the Presidential Suite Tower B. Family of 5, so set up the living room with the king sofa bed (workable and comfy). Kitchen was stocked with enough to get by (no dishwasher), but recommend having some ziplocks for leftovers and thermos water bottles for beach/pool. Rooftop pool was amazing with expansive ocean views, a fantastic fully equipped gym and a welcoming bartender to keep you hydrated. Very clean facility and any issues we had were immediately addressed. The jetted tub on the patio was a nice touch, but needs better heating to be useful. Easy walk to the beach (5mins), shops (5 to 10 mins to 5th Ave) and for groceries (Selecto Súper Chedraui Avenida 15mins). 30 mins walk south down 5th Ave gets you to the busiest shopping and restaurants area. Nice to have the option nearby, but also nice to be away from the majority of noise and people. We felt very safe walking around (7:00am to 11:00pm) and within our unit and building. Elected to take airport shuttle (45mins) and taxi for nearby exertions (recommend Rio Secreto - 20min cab ride). Really great family vacation and a great option instead of an all-inclusive. Seaweed on the beach was a bummer and stinks, but that was our only complaint on the whole trip. We had a great time in Playa del Carmen and Singular Dreams helped make the experience all that much better!

The location was perfectly located 1 block from the beach and close to the most beautiful 38 st and 5th av. About 800 m to Chedraui for groceries and a few small fruit shops and bakeries. Rooftop beautiful, but bar service awkwardly located and out of sight. Quiet end of Playa but close enough to all the action.

Close to all the shopping and dining on 38th St and 5th Ave, but private and quiet at the condo. The rooftop pools and bar were perfect!!

Do Not Stay Here!!! Too many daily problems and poor mngmnt from Expedia rentals! The SD Hotel and SD Air-BnB have staff at front desk, but Expedia rentals have no Onsite personel to help you! 1. Phone to Front Desk didn't work, so down 5 floors to front desk to get help! 2. Internet Router didn't work! 3. Tv didn't work! 4. Tv signal loses connection once an hour, you have to shut it off and reboot when signal returns! 5. No hair dryer, mngmt refused to supply one, so bought one at local store. 6. SD is building a new 6 story tower 3ft from our ocean view patio. Non stop pounding, framing, concrete pouring, etc from 8am-5pm. Impossible to sit outside in peace and enjoy ocean view. Workers stared at GF anytime she went on deck! 7. Safe would not open, front desk gave me a master key and 4 new batteries then I fixed it. 8. On day 4 we had no Hot Water. I complained everyday til the 6th night of no hot showers. We bathed every night in the pool! On the 6th nite Expedia property manager asked me if I would like her to "schedule a Technician" to fix the issue?? On the 6th nite of No Hot Water thats your??? Why not just do that on day one? 8. On the 7th day of no hot water, at noon we returned to room and found our hot water issue fixed. We left this train wreck called "Singular Dream, hired a taxi back to Cancun and into the loving arms of the Marriot there for our last 2 days. Another out of pocket expense! Change your name to: Singular Nightmare"!!!

Great location between 5th Ave and close to beach. Great bar/breakfast/lunch at rooftop bar with several pools, one heated with jets, and well-equipped gym. Corner apartment with great view-all glass doors on 2 sides with huge balcony. Comfortable king bed and big bathroom with large rain shower type shower. Disappointed with lack of furniture on balcony, not a ton of kitchen supplies, and the wi-fi throughout the complex was horrible most of the time and living room tv rarely worked. Bedroom tv was fine. All and all, many more positives than negatives but they have to fix the WiFi-no excuses for this in 2025.

Great location! We had a top floor with Ocean view which was amazing. The pools are super and the roof top bar had good food and drinks. Don’t rely on the wifi, it is not very good.
