Great location! We had a top floor with Ocean view which was amazing. The pools are super and the roof top bar had good food and drinks. Don’t rely on the wifi, it is not very good.

Over all a good experience. Definitely worth the stay for the view and location. Few amenities that the room offered but lacked functionality. Hot tub on patio did not work. Stove did not work. Hot tub I really was okay going without since it was so hot outside. However the stove was important as we did some groceries that involved cooking. Roof top is amaze and so is the staff. Drinks and food menu super affordable!

The location was perfectly located 1 block from the beach and close to the most beautiful 38 st and 5th av. About 800 m to Chedraui for groceries and a few small fruit shops and bakeries. Rooftop beautiful, but bar service awkwardly located and out of sight. Quiet end of Playa but close enough to all the action.

This property is in a perfect location, blocks off of 5th Ave, the beach and 38th St. The units are clean and comfortable but the real star here is the rooftop pool. . . AMAZING!!

Great property. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Within walking distance to 5th which was great! The pool and bar are wonderful! We didn't think it was too busy at they pool any day. The kitchen is stocked but not well so for longer stays it may be difficult to cook for yourself. But lots of great dining options within walking distance. The beach isn't far but it's extremely busy. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

Great location between 5th Ave and close to beach. Great bar/breakfast/lunch at rooftop bar with several pools, one heated with jets, and well-equipped gym. Corner apartment with great view-all glass doors on 2 sides with huge balcony. Comfortable king bed and big bathroom with large rain shower type shower. Disappointed with lack of furniture on balcony, not a ton of kitchen supplies, and the wi-fi throughout the complex was horrible most of the time and living room tv rarely worked. Bedroom tv was fine. All and all, many more positives than negatives but they have to fix the WiFi-no excuses for this in 2025.

Great spot, not a hotel

Great location, everything is walkable and beach is right nearby. Stayed with 5 yo kids and it was easy. Pools on rooftop are beautiful and one of them is heated! Condo is new and beautiful, however it’s managed by owner. First day I had to figure out how to get in touch to get room clean, new towels and book laundry facilities. Management/owner was responsible and they took care of it. I kind of wish hotels.com made clear about that point that it’s not a hotel. Still a great value.

It's close to beach and has great views from rooftop pools, gym and bar. Only reason I stayed several days longer than I should have. Mediocre house keeping. Twice was given condo without pillowcases. Once was not given condo I paid for. Complain and management gives you attitude.

WiFi did not work, laundry facilities were by reservation only, the partial ocean view was looking at trees and if the wind blew- you might be able to catch a glimpse of some water, the AC stopped working, the front desk “management” was less than helpful and rude. Conveniently located near 5th Ave and the parking garage staff were nice. Other than that- a waste of money and would not stay there again.

We stayed in room 506 and the air conditioner didn’t work properly all day we had to turned it all once or twice and sometimes reprogrammed the thermostat in order to work. The wifi and tv we never got it to work and we were there for 7 days. They really need to clean the rooms a little better, the floors never got swept or mopped once in all the 7 day that we were there the apartment it’s very dusty. I liked the location of the hotel and the pool was very nice.

PROS-Nice place. Staff available at checkin desk until late. Great bedroom space with storage/closet space. Nice bathroom. Great outside sitting area off both bedroom and living room. Gorgeous pool area! CONS- Sofa bed was not comfortable. Unfortunately we only got 2 towels when room was booked for 4 people. Coffee machine available but needed coffee pods and none available. Parking is gated and security onsite but, we can home around 10pm and it was full. Free street parking around building, only until 10am.

Everything is perfect for the price. It is the best location, a very nice building, and a room. Daily cleaning. What I didn't like: - Bed linen and towels are all stained. - Sometimes they forget to add soap and toilet paper. - The closet door fell off when we tried to open the one next to it. - There is no kettle. - The air conditioner blows VERY hard. - The door to the bedroom closes very hard. But everything else is just perfect! Huge and comfortable bed, large balcony, convenient parking and laundry, good soundproofing of the room. Very close to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed the property! Booked in the Presidential Suite Tower B. Family of 5, so set up the living room with the king sofa bed (workable and comfy). Kitchen was stocked with enough to get by (no dishwasher), but recommend having some ziplocks for leftovers and thermos water bottles for beach/pool. Rooftop pool was amazing with expansive ocean views, a fantastic fully equipped gym and a welcoming bartender to keep you hydrated. Very clean facility and any issues we had were immediately addressed. The jetted tub on the patio was a nice touch, but needs better heating to be useful. Easy walk to the beach (5mins), shops (5 to 10 mins to 5th Ave) and for groceries (Selecto Súper Chedraui Avenida 15mins). 30 mins walk south down 5th Ave gets you to the busiest shopping and restaurants area. Nice to have the option nearby, but also nice to be away from the majority of noise and people. We felt very safe walking around (7:00am to 11:00pm) and within our unit and building. Elected to take airport shuttle (45mins) and taxi for nearby exertions (recommend Rio Secreto - 20min cab ride). Really great family vacation and a great option instead of an all-inclusive. Seaweed on the beach was a bummer and stinks, but that was our only complaint on the whole trip. We had a great time in Playa del Carmen and Singular Dreams helped make the experience all that much better!

The property itself is great. It's close to the beach, tons of restaurants etc. The parking is secure and the overall area feels safe. I don't know if this booking is only for room 506 or if it's for several, but that particular room I would give a 1 star rating. There was some issues checking in (not a big deal.. the facility has many different vendors and it seems a little disorganized and they almost gave me another families keys). The room itself looks great upon entering. 2 nice size rooms and 2 big bathrooms, nice balcony, good living space (although small) - but really nice for the price point. However, there was NO AC. We worked with the staff from 4pm past midnight trying to get it to work with no resolve.. the property owner finally responded and said she'd call back in "2 minutes" and we didn't hear back for over 12 HOURS. It was very, very hot and we couldn't leave to go eat because we kept waiting to let the worker in and then eventually had to try to fall asleep with a crying child using an ice pack to cool down. It truly ruined the beginning of our vacation. The next day we were offered a different, smaller room and we accepted and that room was completely fine and I don't have any complaints. We were given a refund for 1night, once asked, w/o issue. IF the air would have worked I would give this place 4 stars (the sheets/towels had stains&there were false eyelashes on the mirror in the bathroom). But, due to the nightmare we experienced I can't recommend.

Amazing rooftop pools and view, safe, secure, friendly building and attentive staff. Close to beach and restaurants. Nice unit with balcony, comfortable bed, and clean. Wifi was spotty, made internet TV challenging and limited english channels, kitchen requires more cooking utensils and toaster oven.
