All communication must be done through app messages. There are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

The area is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a very quiet and safe area, where it is close to everything and you can do it on foot.

The entire center and nearby activities can be done on foot, you can also take a taxi or minibus, we can help you rent cars and scooters if you require it.

Haga un uso razonable de las toallas ya que no las cambiamos a diario, manténgalos tan limpios como le gustaría recibirlos. Si las toallas se manchan, se estropean o se pierden, se le cobrará el costo de su reposición.
Toda comunicación debe hacerse a través de mensajes de la app. Somos varias las personas encargadas de los mensajes con ustedes huéspedes y necesitamos usar el mismo canal para llevar el seguimiento a su reserva y poder atenderte de manera eficiente.
