Great hotel, shady parking listing

Nice hotel and great service. However listing advertises parking, which is not true. You have to pay a street meter for parking on your own. The meter in front of the hotel is broken and our car ended up getting a boot on it the first day there. I don't recommend this hotel to people with a car.

Not worth the money

I would not stay here again it was an ok place to land but everything is a bit dated and every morning there was no hot water it took like 30 or more minutes and me calling them to get the water hot .. the room smelled of musty mold smell and we located the mold it’s in the cement in the shower we paid extra for a suite and that was not worth it either .. you have to pay parking so elect to Put many pesos coins every day all day into the parking machine .. also the whole putting a long gate code in every time you e there the property was a hassle just not that great of place … and honestly I’m not that picky … its right next to 5 th street and all the cafes but there is done Kate night noise from that bit didn’t really bother us that much .. if they cleaned up this property a bit made it nicer to be outside like a fire pit in the seating area made it more inviting and updated the interiors just a bit it would make all the difference.. pay $25 more a night and stay ina nicer place is my advice

I’ll never book this hotel ever ever ever again, insects will crawl under your door, and I kept screaming for help and eventually I had to call the police because there is no receptionist 24/7. If you get makeup on their sheets or anything on their sheets, just expect to pay $200 out of your pocket. The only thing good about this hotel is there’s a lot of local places around that area but I’m sure you can find better and cheaper hotels near this area. And they’re very inconvenient.

Tive uma excelente estadia neste hotel boutique em Playa del Carmen. O ambiente é muito agradável, bem decorado e com uma proposta mais intimista, proporcionando uma experiência diferenciada e acolhedora. O quarto estava sempre limpo, organizado e confortável, e a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, simpática e prestativa durante toda a minha estadia. A localização e a atmosfera do hotel também contribuem para uma experiência muito positiva, especialmente para quem busca tranquilidade sem abrir mão da praticidade. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o café da manhã poderia ser mais variado. A inclusão de opções como ovos, iogurtes, queijos ou outros itens salgados tornaria a refeição mais completa e atenderia melhor diferentes perfis de hóspedes. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência e eu recomendaria o hotel para quem procura conforto, bom atendimento e um ambiente charmoso em Playa del Carmen.

O hotel até tem seu charme, com aquele ar simpático que cria uma expectativa positiva logo na chegada. Pena que ela não resista ao café da manhã, que parece existir mais no anúncio do que na prática. O que é servido é tão limitado que beira o simbólico, como se a ideia fosse apenas cumprir tabela para justificar a promessa. Funciona, talvez, como um exercício de contenção alimentar, mas dificilmente como uma refeição digna do nome. No fim, fica a sensação de que o charme para na decoração e não chega à mesa.

Beaucoup trop bruyant

Hôtel très mignon, avec check in digital entièrement automatisé. Gros bémol, il n’y a pas de double vitrage dans les chambres, c’est très bruyant avec plusieurs clubs dont le Coco Bongo juste à côté. Impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel avant la fin de notre séjour sans compensation.
