"I have stayed at the Waterloo over many years whenever we have had a stopover in wellington. I have found it to be well placed in the city with both the train station and bus hub close by. Te papa is just a short walk away along the waterfront and if arriving by ferry the bluebridge ferry terminal is across the road, the interislander runs a shuttle bus to the train station . So as you can see the Waterloo is an ideal place to stay. All facilities are available with many choices of places to dine close by."
