"The staff and breakfast was good. Staff went out of their way to treat us right. The location was great. Now the bad. 1 out 3 elevators were working. Construction and water damage in the terrace area. I was supposed to have a king bed, it was more like a small queen. No sound proof walls, you can hear the hallway and next door. The hotel is not 4 star, maybe 2 and 3 on a good day."

"This is a family run hotel where the whole family is sitting in the lobby watching tv at night. The kids clean the rooms and make breakfast. It’s located by a very steep road you have to climb up to get to pretty much anywhere. The first night they put me in a 1st floor room exposed to the street. Horrendous decor in the rooms. "The room is not as advertised, we booked a queen bed sea view room ( two people) which was very small. We ended up upgrading to a room classed as a suite with three beds, while the room was very big it was not in great condition there were melon sized holes in several places of the room, the wallpaper was peeling away, there was loads of dust, and rust. However the staff was excellent, they were very kind and helpful and if they upgrade the rooms of Thai hotel, I would definitely stay here...
