"A little B&B run by a nice couple. Super convenient to the Penzance rail station. (Literally 2 minutes on foot) Great value, great breakfast. In my room the ceiling fan was a bit wonky, but otherwise no problems. I would definitely consider staying again."

"We have stayed all over Cornwall and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed.
It was quiet, relaxing and calm and the decor, calming music and room amenities made it a perfect setting for a relaxing break.
The owners are helpful and pay great detail in making sure your stay is the best possible.
We would definitely return"

"Had a lovely stay in the loft! The views were fantastic, and the location was amazing—perfectly situated with easy access to other areas. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The owners were lovely, the private bathroom was amazing. The entire place was very cosy, and the breakfast was nice, but the room could have done with a bit of a spring clean."

Wander the palm-lined promenade to Jubilee Pool, where you can swim in Britain's largest seawater lido. Art lovers should visit Newlyn and Mousehole, charming fishing villages with galleries showcasing Cornwall's famous maritime painters.
Great location if you are looking for a quiet spot , but close enough to the main touristy area.
Beautiful beech 5 min walk.
Great breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Clean, helpful and friendly hosts who knew my name. A great breakfast included with even freshly carved ham. No air conditioning but based on probability not a great issue. No fridge. They should highlight the close availability of public transport to and from St Ives where it is impossible to get a parking spot.
