When summer hits and you need to get away to the beach for some sunshine, Little Paua is ideal! Only 100m direct stroll to the beach and large north-facing deck for all day sun. Then when you need a break from the warm summer temperatures, air conditioning is on hand to keep everyone cool indoors. And after a day spent down on the beach, just 100m from your front door, wash off the sand and sea under the outdoor shower!

In the colder months spent unwinding indoors, Little Paua has you covered too - With a fireplace, a heat pump to keep you toasty warm and SKY TV to keep you and your group entertained.

Being positioned at the south-eastern corner of Pauanui, ensures just the right balance between a peaceful neighbourhood and not being too far from the local amenities - just a few minutes drive to the local cafes and restaurants (check out out things to do in Pauanui article for activity suggestions).

We loved our stay, your bach has a really cool and relaxed vibe with all The necessities so really enjoy the stay. Location is really good for the beach, park outside for boys to play touch in and a spa to relax at night. Will definitely book again if ever in the area. Thanks

Amazing spot and wonderfully appointed
This place had everything you could ever need in terms of accomodation, all mod cons, massive open plan living with a huge sun drenched deck and lawn. The outlook was lovely over the reserve which you can cut through to get to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Our toddler loved plodding about outside and mastered the deck stairs pretty fast. The section is mostly fenced other than the driveway so pretty easy to keep things contained. I could go on and on, needless to say we are definitely keen to visit this wonderful place again.
