My stay at Grand Mercure was phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. No matter how small, they delivered every time. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The resort is walking distance to many shops and Jungceylon mall. Excellent location.

We booked this place based on reviews and had the best time. Great location, lots to walk to locally. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Friday night seafood buffet was fantastic! They helped us book our excursion to Kho Phi Phi and we had the most magical experience! We’d totally come back and stay again!!!

This large hotel is in the busy shopping area of Patong but once inside it feels quite peaceful and relaxing with a lovely pool area in the centre of the accommodation buildings. We enjoyed all our meals at the restaurant even though there were cheaper options nearby.

This hotel is fantastic it is in a great location The staff are always helpful and happy Breakfast had everything you could want There is a bar and cafe in the foyer both are recommendable There are also plenty of authentic local restaurants nearby The beach is 200 yards away It was by luck we picked this hotel but we will definitely return
