"We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. We asked for another room and had the same issues...

"I had a fantastic stay at TJ Patong Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and plenty of restaurants and shops, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — good air-conditioning, a comfy bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable."

10/10 Excellent

"NICE BIG ROOM, Huge bed, hard but strangely comfortable. It was for my birthday and they surprised me with an entire birthday cake with candles to blow out and a cake cutter. I thought that was over and beyond anything I'd expected. Close and far to everything if thst makes sense. Depends on what you want to do. Definitely booked this spot. I was disappointed in the breakfast but their pad thai was perfect. They switch up the menu daily so its different, that can be a good or bad thing. BOOKED THEM and get the SEA VIEW!"

"Everything was lovely, the staff very helpful and friendly, I couldn't have wished for anything better. A little walk along a busy road to restaurants. The beach opposite was not great. Free shuttle bus to town and a nice beach. Only downside was an item got lost, the hotel said they would pay for it but actually told the staff member who lost it to pay, I was not happy with that so did not take the money. The food was lovely, the pools were very good and wherever your room was you were close to water. We had a room furthest away and high up, but never had to walk as had little carts to take you up and down, very good service."

"The room was big and spacious. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The facilities like the shuttle from the hotel to and fro was also good. Loved the band and enjoyed the music too. Would recommend this to all who are going there and would love to be back in future too."
