Stay here!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE in every single way. Staff, food, drinks, cleanliness - we loved every minute of our stay. My daughter had a tiny bout of sickness and the manager came to our room to check on her - we had beautiful fresh ginger sent up. The kids room is lovely and activities and such an amazing vibe for parents too.

Waited twenty minutes for the elevator. Hotel was not clean, and people were not nice. I waited so long for the elevator because the staff was using it. Also, the hotel was under construction, and did not let us know in advance. I woke up to banging every morning. I called multiple times for the same request and waited yet again. Hotel was also overpriced for the experienced. Overall, had a bad time and would not go back

I think the hotel misses the marks on a lot of elements Check in felt like going through the motions and no one really cared. Zero flexibility on an early check in, we arrived at 2.15pm and it knew at that moment there was zero chance they would accommodate a 45 minute early arrival. Finally we were escorted to our room, after 3pm, by someone that was more interested in sitting in the back office playing on their mobile phone than engaging with us about the facilities of the hotel. The building itself looks tired and worn for something that’s just over two years old and didn’t have the wow factor I was honestly expecting. The external lift connecting the Carpark with level three, the facade is rusted in many spots which makes you wonder how safe the two level ride is. Housekeeping were haphazard, one day our room wasn’t cleaned so we called requesting even though we had been out all day. Turndown service, only happened three of the six nights we stayed The TV service drops in and out and there is no ability to use a streaming service. The highlight was their food and beverage service. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though don’t expect it to be ready for 6am. But the amount of wastage by over zealous guests piling their plates with too much food was hard to watch. We dined at their restaurant and their Indian food was outstanding, as was the cocktails and the staff. Everything else left a lot to be desired & I would avoid staying in Patong at all costs. It’s seedy.

Big, confortable and clean rooms. Great swimming pool and the stuff is very nice. The breakfast is the best I tried in Thailand. As negative the restaurant (food and drinks) is expensive.

Stayed in a pool villa; felt like living in a luxury treehouse with great views of the hotel grounds and the city below. Very romantic setting. And having your own small pool added to the romance. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a dozen or so hotels this trip. Plus more villas etc. none more than 3/4 days. Booked this for 4 days. Missed my flight home. Booked another 4 days. This hotel made me miss the flight as who would wanna go home. Food average. But location makes you forget your in pa tong.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful hotel which is a calm oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Patong. In particular the restaurant was superb at both breakfast and other meal times and amazing customer service from the restaurant staff. Although the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere in Patong it was excellent food quality and a wide array of choices so you could easily go half board. There was also happy hour three times a day and drinks were reasonable prices and good sizes. You can also have room service to your villa. We had a pool villa which was really special with a large private pool including a section of jets. Upstairs was also lovely with loungers, outdoor bath/shower and Bali bed with inbuilt fan. We also had a massage in the spa which was a wonderful experience. We didn’t spend too much time by the pool but although there didn’t look many loungers there was always a space when we wanted one and nice chilled vibe. There is some construction ongoing next door but we didn’t hear any disturbance Overall a wonderful start to a special holiday.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Too bad the staffs were not trained with how to maintain it. We had to use the cable car to bring the luggage down the hill to the lobby to check out. But the cable car was not available for a whole day without any notification ahead of time. Since it just rained, the outdoor stairs were very wet and slippery, with no sign or rug to help the situation. My husband slipped off the stairs, hurted his back and elbow. The front desk just kept apologizing for the "inconvenience". It's been a few days, my husband's back still hurts, and the management never contacted. Also the one night we stayed at the villa, after 10pm, one front desk staff called multiple times because he couldn't find which room ordered a hair dryer.

OMG please book this resort if you can. This was the most beautiful place I have stayed in my life. Every penny spent here was worth it. Breakfast for halal food eaters is HEAVEN!!!! So much halal food options an variety in food. Don’t think twice before booking this place. I can guarantee you will have a great time in the resort itself. The location is perfect with so many restaurants around and Bangla road is walkable too!!
