"The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly! Big thanks to Sir Niño Orcie (not sure if I got the last name right) for being so helpful and kind! All the staff were great and they are such a big asset to the hotel! The room itself was nice and has everything that you need, but could still definitely be improved. The location was very accessible and close to many restaurants, malls, and the airport. I’d recommend this hotel and would definitely book again! Thank you, Hotel 101!"

"The hotel isnt in the best shape cosmetically, and it's a little confusing at first. But the staff is outstanding, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. The pool was well maintained, and the gym was adequate for a basic workout. The breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety of choices. "
