"No hot water in 1st room then switched rooms and ok. Rooms should be updated. Staff was very friendly. Convenient location, close to Mall of Asia."

"We were very glad I booked this hotel. I put into consideration that this is a new property and my expectations were high. It exceeded my expectations. Our cozy, spacious room had modern touches. It’s very clean except a little mold behind the bathroom sink. For us, the MOA complex up to Ikea and SM arena is walking distance and took Grab if we didn’t want to sweat. I was contacted to pay a day prior to check in despite booking in Expedia to pay at property. This gave a sense of alarm since it was last minute and we were about to go on our flight. Anyway, Lanson Place let us pay when we checked in. Despite that, we were very happy with the experience - amenities, cleanliness, staff and breakfast are top notch. Will be more than glad to stay here again. "
