The staff was excellent, and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Philippines. The location was a prime spot for being in between the makati and malate area, as well as being near the airport. I would visit again.

Staff are super nice. They greet us every time. Great service. The place is a bit outdated but i personally feel better at this place because of the space provided. I recommend this place and would consider coming back here in the future.

Property is what you get for the price. I stayed in one of their two bedroom suite which is quite nice. The staff are nice, but the hotel lacks enough amenities. Also, the structure itself is quite old. Need to renovate to entice more customers.

The front desk team, particularly Ms. Beth, Glen, Edgar went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and offered invaluable local recommendations, making us feel truly cared for and not just another reservation number. The housekeeping staff, led by the ever-smiling Eric, maintained impeccable cleanliness while always having a friendly word, further contributing to the familial atmosphere. 部屋はリビングと台所があり広いが、建物が中が薄暗い。テレビもブラウン管タイプの古いもので、エアコンも古く、ベッドルームだけで音がうるさい。
