False advertisement and cockroaches!
"I hope no one ever has to experience what I did... They advertise internet yet it is so slow (0.83mbps!) you can’t even watch a Netflix movie. They advertise a pool - there is a 150p extra daily charge to use it ... plus you have to walk to another building to get the permission slip. Cockroaches ..."

3.8/5 Good! (1,001 reviews)
"Over all it was a pretty good experience. Room was clean, kitchenette and dining room was spacious, and bedroom a comfortable size. During quarantine, it would have been nice to have better wifi and tv selection, but as good as it’s neighbouring hotels. Staff were friendly and food was pretty good ..."

"I like it as it is close to the Mall of Asia. Access to public transport was easy. It was a narrow unit compared to what we stayed in at Shell Residences in 2017. This room has few issues like: broken shower head, leaking tap and many tiny cockroaches were running around specially in the kitchen ..."

"experience. We thought we were booking with a hotel but this turned out to be something like an Airbnb with a private group that’s renting out some condos. We notified them that our plane was arriving at 2 am and that we will need to check in around that time a month before our arrival. They didn’t ..."
"Internet would go out every 10-30 min, the work out gym was not open, my stay was 3 weeks and they only changed my sheets once and towels were replaced once. My host for the hotel was very nice and professional. Overall i would not go back to this place again. I would give this place 2 stars."
"The property was centrally located, and allowed me to access many shops and malls in the Pasay area. The property was comfortable, and the extra cooking space allowed me to prepare meals in the condo. Alexa assisted me in expediting my check in, and Cora provided extra linen during my stay. Both ..."

"i loved this hotel staffs are helpful and very friendly the rooms are huge and big.. the only complaint i can say is their food service so they will give you options of buying the whole day meal for 500 pesos.. the breakfast i get is funny hotdog sweet and sour.. who would ever think you can do sweet and sour with the hotdogs and very little amount with little bit of rice.. also lunch i got raw chicken curry thats all bad experience i had but if your not in quarantine you have option yo maybe food outside just walking distance.. bec if you buy their entree in full their were over priced and not worth it.. but besides that staffs at the lobby is super wonderful so i will stay here but maybe bring my own food before checking in so no need to worry paying yo much ..
