"A little disappointing as I'd narrowed my selection of Manila hotels to those providing a free airport shuttle to and from the airport and breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel I was advised that my room didn't include breakfast but I could pay for this and that the airport shuttle for the next day had been booked out for the times in the morning. I then went to the bar to grab a drink but was told this was closed (this was around 10.30 p.m.). I went to my room to watch tv and the tv wouldn't work. Overall a less than satisfying stay."

"Our home away from home continues to make us feel welcomed and deliver delicious food choices and outstanding staff service. From checkin to checkout the front desk , concierge, restaurant and housekeeping staff do exemplary professional and efficient jobs making for a stress free and comfortable stay. Big kudos to Jan, Monte, Warren, Bonnie and Jelo at the concierge desk, Aldrin and Marvi in housekeeping and Clets and Zaldy in the Pantry. Thank you all for your gracious hospitality. We will see you again on our November/December trip."

"The room was basic and a bit dated but clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing as it had a wide selection of International and Filipino choices, including cook to order options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. The hotel is a good budget choice for tourists visiting Manila."
