"We were not able to use the room due the host was not able to give the key and code. We registered at almost 3om. Room was not ready. Came back at 6:39p to get room key but no host. We just left due it was tiring to wait. D"

"Staff that checked me is helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience when I’m checking out . There’s a dentist convention at that time and we are all leaving the same day . I called the front desk in the morning several times to ask for help with my luggage , no one pick up’s the call and when they finally pick up , I waited for them to come up and help me with my luggage. No one came . So I help myself with my luggage’s since my niece is been waiting ."
