Great hotel. There is construction around the hotel and it was little challenging to easily find the entrance but I realized that the hotel and the mall are connected (then I saw the entrance.) I was concerned about arriving late, but there was no issue. I felt completely safe. I think I got an upgrade. The 1 bedroom aparthotel was incredible. Too much space, really, for one person. But I was very comfortable. There was construction nearby. I could see it but I couldn't hear it. I had an issue with the drain in the tub, but it was fixed as soon as I called the front desk. The pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and ready to assist. The pool was a lot of fun, we had 3 kids and they had a blast. Property is very conveniently located to great shopping and great food options.

Staff is wonderful..love the area everything you want is just walking distance away..glorrietta, landmark, Rustans.. My only complaint is the bathtub in the shower and my suite had no oven ..
