"The room was basic, but clean. We stayed there because it was pet friendly. They do have food available in machines that are paid for by app. The parking rule is not well defined especially on checking out. "

"Airport shuttle was every 30 minutes but once full it leaves early. Could provide an extra shuttle during peak morning hours. We had to wait for the next shuttle eventhough we arrived at the shuttle waiting area early "

"The views from our room were excellent. You could see the iconic Hollywood sign and the Griffith park observatory. The gym had more than enough equipment to get a good workout. Finally the pool area was a very pleasant surprise with it’s outdoor garden vibe."

"The breakfast staff (e.g., Fernando) is great. The valet parking has only 2 charging stations, so charging is not guaranteed, but the staff did help charge my car. I think in general the hotel is pretty good but the hotel's management is only limited. E.g., in the restroom in the lobby, the hand soap bottle is right above towels which doesn't sound the right set up (it's very easy to make the towel dirty) and there should be more than 2 places for charging. "
