"Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

"We could not have found a better, more lovely space to stay in Hollywood Hills! Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! Diego is a fantastic host in every manner- will definitely book again!"

"We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

Large open space, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms and pool 2. The bathrooms supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers 3. The property had a great layout and beautifully decorated. "This is an excellent house in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. The house has a bit more wear and tear than is seen in the photos but nothing that is a cause for too much concern. The property manager is extremely responsive"

"This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. "Our 3 families of 12 people enjoyed the location, roominess, cleanliness of the condo. Tip: Backing into the parking spaces is easier in the narrow alley. A prior review said furniture was dated- not true. We’ve stayed in some shabby rentals; this was fine. The condo had high end appliances. "Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds....

"Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. "The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room...

"The property accomodated us very well. One king bed and 1 twin bed for the 3 of us. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars, is because the street out in front of it was closed and there were a lot of homeless people and trash. "

"The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"
