Excellent stay

Very Clean hotel and rooms and friendly staff. Love that there is hard floor in the rooms with only a small carpet in the bed area. The lobby and dining area along with the outdoor seating area with fireplace was warm and a great place to hang out.

Good location, clean room but you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Air conditioner didn’t work that well and the fridge took over 24 hours to get the our drinks cold.

It was beautiful property. The room was ok. The sink in bathroom did not drain. On was on 2nd floor so a bit noisy - the breakfast was good - room was clean and nice. I would stay here again.

Great location and great hotel but it is not kept clean. No housekeeping service for rooms and hallways were rarely vacuumed. Such a nice hotel but not kept clean

I have been staying at the AC almost every week for the last two months. The hotel is still struggling with service on the roof deck ( very poor). The AC was obviously very clean when it first opened however with the lack of help it’s definitely not as clean as it once was and is beginning to have a bad smell. This morning my bad I had some milk with my breakfast and OMG!! it had expired 6 days ago and was already spoiled. Overall I love the location, front staff is absolutely amazing, I just feel the wrong people are managing the different departments. Maybe it’s because of a labor shortage?
