"The rental was in a nice historic neighborhood convenient to a number of stores. It was quiet except for the parrots at dawn & dusk, & very nice for walking. The unit was very clean & we had no trouble turning on the heat (although the remote for the living room heater turned on the TV every time we changed the temperature). "Shower is very small with a large “step up”, may be a problem for older person. The same “step up” happens at bathroom entrance. Other than that the room was fine."

"I absolutely love the house I think it is a Victorian home very cozy, clean, all-around so beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, comfy beds, cozy living room. The kitchen is pretty big has everything you need. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our host was amazing and very friendly quick to reply on questions I couldn’t have asked for anything more, I love my stay there and I hope to go back soon. "Property was easy to find. Very clean. Communication with owner very clear. We didn’t have a car so it was a little farther than anticipated to the Rose Bowl but overall great. Very quiet neighborhood. Found a couple good places to eat relatively close by. I highly recommend. "
