"Great location, management is very confused from the general manager and the deputy manager who is very aggressive. I wonder how she worked in such an industry. Strange that at such a priced place, there seems not to be clear communication between the top management and the receptionists!! Very strange and unprofessional. The rest of the staff are very kind and polite, very friendly. Cleanliness not the best I have seen for that price, squeaky floors, no toilet brush, amenities are for a single person in a double roomed booking and you have to keep asking for more even when staying for more than 1 night. Other facilities are great, the swimming pool, the spa (which is chargeable even to residents). The breakfast is just okay. Seen Berger at more affordable places. Generally the stay was just comfortable and nothing much really surprising. "

"We ordered food and drinks outside..it took 20minutes for the drinks to arrive it took a further 10minutes for the food it came without utensils we asked for some bread it took a further 15 minutes to arrive we put it down to short staff !!"
