Drape was shut and it was a black out drape but didn’t really help. Pool was good, very cold but refreshing. "Beautiful place, an oasis in the suburbs of Madrid. Lovely gardens, there was always a shaded area, nice pool, room was spacious, clean, good air con, nice bathroom and the most comfortable bed I've slept in, had the best nights sleep in years. I would go back just for the bed! The gentleman at reception was kind and helpful throughout our stay, we were allowed to leave our luggage in a safe area after check out and stay in the gardens until it was time for us to leave to catch our bus....

"Love the food variety of the breakfast buffet. One of the female employee was very hardworking. Shuttle bus was great! Our room was cute! Too bad that day we arrived, it was super windy so we didn’t get to check out the area. But it’s all good! Most of the employees were very helpful."
