"The property is located in an excellent location close to Hyde park, restaurants and metro stations. The staff was particularly accommodating and solved every problem, answered every question and exceeded every expectation! Highly recommend! "

"We stayed two non-consecutive nights. The first day we got to store our luggage. We were able to check into our rooms early on the second day. Both were so helpful to us. The rooms are nice. The gym is great. "

"The hotel is very close to Paddington Station, and easily accessible to shops and public transportation. Entry to the hotel was swift through key card into hotel and room. Generally the hotel was as expected regarding cleanliness and staff check in and out process is also expected. Navigating to the room, though I was briefly explained, the sign posting to room could have been more prominent. The door for my room (3) past the door for room 6/7 which threw me off a little and I had to circle back thinking I missed the door. I did venture further out of curiosity to eventually find the right room. The room was sufficient enough for my travels and would most likely use the hotel location again in the future."
