"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We came to London so I could run the London Marathon. This apartment is absolutely perfect and beautiful. It is extremely close to The Mall and Buckingham Palace where the finish line is for the marathon which is why I chose this one to begin with but what I didn’t realize until we got there was how close it truly was. Novotel London Paddington

10/10 Excellent

"I was personally very happy and satisfied with the Novotel. The location was excellent and the immediate surrounding area around the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from fully enjoying it. Within walking distance you have the Grand Union Canal which is very pleasant and has a variety of places to eat and drink. Also very close were coffee shops, a market and several other restaurants and bars. Paddington Station is readily accessible to the hotel, providing you take the right route, it can feel a little complicated. Paddington Station, being one of London's mainline stations has many, many exits and can seem confusing to the first time traveler. By far the best route to the hotel is to seek the exit from the Hammersmith and City tube line, that exits next to the canal, and you will find it a short walk from there."

"Great as they found a room for me even though I arrived at 8am. Was wonderful as I was able to drop my luggage and run to my meetings in London. My room and the hotel are great and the location near Paddington Station - excellent. Great food nearby and was able to take the Heathrow Express to and from LHR. Only issue was check in. There were two customers ahead of me. There was some issue with each of them that took forever to resolve - maybe 15 mins. There were other staff members available but all were some how required to resolve these issues. One was more senior and I've always learned that you should leave the more senior member to resolve the issue and free up the more junior one to attend to new customers. "
