"Poor standard, room no cleaned for whole stay and there was dust all over the room. We were waiting around 40 minutes just to check in, that is not something I was expected in a 4 star hotel in the middle of the Las Vegas strip. Overall very dissapointing."

"I made reservations at the Mandalay Bay, but I was put in the W hotel. I know it’s on the same property, but the quality of the room was much less. The food was late and awful, and the bedsheets and pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed. The whole experience was not good. It all started with the person that checked me in, had very little interest in providing quality service."

"We stayed at this property 40 years ago when it was new. The rooms are still basically the same....dingy, dark, old furniture and curtains. Water in the shower took forever to drain. The elevators are scary. Pray you make it up and down on EVERY ride."

"This was the second time we stayed at the Sahara. Always a great place to stay. Clean rooms. Staff were very nice! Casino was clean and drink service was always available quickly. Lots of top notch restaurants to eat. And to be honest, I won more money right there at the Sahara than I did at any other casino! No need to gamble anywhere else."
