"It starts with the check in and Bryan was great, in valet. super helpful. He assisted arriving and departing he gave us water, open the door, and even filled my ice bucket. Next comes my Check in and the front office: Jacob was friendly, professional and kindly gave me late check out which worked out perfect for my flight. Denise was awesome as well she checked in my sister. She got her the same floor with me and late check out. Five Star Service! Everyone in the hotel was friendly and greeted me when I walked by. I had a great stay and wouldn’t mind coming back all from the service I received. I liked my room. I was on the 3rd floor even number rooms face the roof, I didn’t like that but I loved the corner room. Bathroom sink had a slow drain. Housekeeping just replaced my towels and nothing else. "

"The only flaw was mi to wave was on second floor! However if your looking for a peaceful nights sleep this the place. The casino & bar open 24hrs ! Tim the security was great as well as the rest of the staff! I highly recommend"

"Everything was clean and up to standard. Only issue was that our door card reader wasn't working. Not our card but the door itself. Inconvenient but staff was helpful"

"My husband always stays here when he comes to & or through las vegas for work & has always been treated well whether he's gambling or not & one of the times I went with him I had forgot my wallet in the dresser drawer woth a significant amount of money & cards in it & didn't realize it till the next morning when we came back security had it & everything was there it could of been a totally different situation & we were so grateful that whoever cleaned the room was thorough as well as honest!!"
