This newer home has views of distant golf courses and virgin mountains. Enjoy sitting on your patio barbecuing on an outdoor-kitchen, sipping wine and enjoying the views. 3-bedroom home has Granite countertops, 2 car garage, 55" TV with satellite, 40" in the master bedroom, beautifully decorated and just minute from the golf courses.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Mesquite offers 7 championship courses within 5 minutes of each other, plenty of mountain biking, and walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off-road ATV's adventures. An ATV trip to the Grand Canyon is 3 1/2 hours or just a local run up to Flattop Mesa will provided some of the best Mesquite views you�ll ever see.

Time for a golf get away? This is the place!

Great open layout with plenty of great shared space and sleeping rooms? What a modern and enjoyable warm house to cook and share and enjoy time away from many opportunities to play golf. You have a group of friends and want to save a ton of money on hotel rooms? This home could not exceed your expectations more.

We wanted a little more privacy/relaxation and a little less noise staying at one of the casino's and this was our first time doing VRBO. The house was absolutely perfect and very conveniently located for all of our golf excursions. All communications were sent swiftly and no issues whatsoever checking in. Comfortable and a great location.

The house was nice and beds were comfortable but the pots and pans needs to be replaced. The kitchen also needed a decent set of mixing bowls or larger serving bowls for the table. Knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Dishwasher was a little finicky and might need to be replaced. The property manager was great and very responsive to our requests.

Amazing Place To Stay!

If you are looking for a safe, quiet, clean, and relaxing place to stay, this is it. The house was perfect, clean, and had everything one would expect a VRBO to have. I have absolutely no complaints about this property, or the property management company who manages the property. They were very easy to deal with, great communication, and always available to answer any questions. We liked our stay so much that we stayed an addition month. I can't recommend this VRBO or Premiere Property Management enough. All around amazing experience. Give them a look, you will not regret it. We will be back, and we will definitely look for a property managed by Premiere Property Management.
