"Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. "

"We had an amazing week! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the beautiful beach. We all had our own big room, and our adult children were so excited to have their own bathrooms. The owner was extremely accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. "Nice house, however the 2 flights of stairs wore our legs out ...... would rather stay at a house with only 1 floor..... the neighbors being right beside us on the balcony was a little too close...would rather have more privacy "
