Lovely unique hotel nestled near Lake Kawaguchi with views of Mt Fuji. We stayed in the traditional room with tatami mats and a private outdoor bath which was very special and memorable. Staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. Thank you!

Beautiful location, excellent service

We had an incredible time here. The private onsen room with a Fuji view was such a treat and something we'll remember forever. The staff were wonderful and helpful and spoke English well. We went with the breakfast options and those were yummy and convenient. The picturesque location can't be beat. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we liked the retro vibe. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Mt. Fuji

酒店虽然没有位于最热闹的温泉街附近，但它面对河口湖，旁边就有一个公园，环境非常幽静。我们的房间是湖景房，房间比传统的温泉旅馆大，有个密闭的阳台，可以朝着湖景看看书发发呆，非常适合度过一个悠闲宁静的假期。 虽然酒店建造以来有些年数，但可能近期装修过，所以里面设施的保养状态都很好。 酒店前台的工作人员服务很好，帮我们安排出租车都非常迅速及时。唯一需要改进的是，餐厅的食物质量普通，最重要的是上菜速度非常快，感觉很多是事先已经做好的，特别是天妇罗明显不是刚炸出来的，都有些软了。
