Take this off your list WOTIF. No mask wearing from manager during the pandemic outbreak. Too many rules for dog owners. Not all dog owners are irresponsible so don't tarnish those who care for our dogs.

Lovely clean unit. Perfect for our one night stay we required. Only disappoint was the TV reception...... Terrible!

It was great stay for me and ny partner, other than a little sighting of ants in our bedroom. It didnt bother us that much but it might be a bother to any future holiday-ers.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Great to know you enjoyed your stay. We do have a problem with Ants at the moment due to exceptionally hot weather. We do spray outside the units to keep them under control.

Sorry you found our showers not up to your standards. We would like to know what exactly was wrong with the shower so we could do the repairs required. We are on gas, so no running out of hot water and our pressure is awesome. Not sure what you mean by price?

Thank you for your review. Could you advise us what amenities are lacking? We have showers with unlimited hot water, two kitchens with cook tops, micowaves, fridge freezers toasters etc, outdoor dining area with BBQ, FREE unlimited Wifi for all guests. Swimming pool for the summer months.

The room we stayed in was by the gym which was noisy and someone from the gym took our car space. We couldnt get into the gym to ask them to move the car because it is locked. Cars at night are noisy on the gravel. Hard to get to sleep. Room was very clean.

Hi Robert, Thanks for the feed back. Gym members are supose to park over the other side to the units but unfortunately some just don't listen or do what they are told!! We did put double glazing in the units close to the gym for that very reason. We are moving the Fitness Centre of the holiday park site in the next few months. Ask us for a good discount on your next stay!! Remind us though who you are and why we owe you a discount. ;-)

Lovely large 2bdrm unit and no problem to upgrade my daughters in their rooms on the day. Friendly and helpful lovely park setting and my younger girls loved the pool

Great for a campground.
Tiny room! But staff wonderful and everything within walking distance for a normal person. And Waitomo Shuttle was helpful also. Good Japanese and (it seemed) Indian restaurants in town. Cafeteria restaurant near i-site has a great breakfast.

The pool was good and the laundry facilities ok except for the lack of any way to buy washing powder/liquid. Apart from that, the room was 'pokey' especially the bathroom. It was stiflingly hot so we were glad that we discovered the fan supplied. There were almost no trees in the park so shade was at a premium. Located in such a lovely part of the countryside, it was more than disappointing that the park was sited to provide views of council maintenance yards and similarly depressing stuff.

Hi, thank you for your review. Sorry you didn't come to reception and ask for laundry powder, like our other guests do. We have laundry powder available at our reception. The fan in your room is actually an air conditioner and you are the first guest to not understand that. We are located next to the Lake Huiputea reserve with native tress. A well kept walking path around the lake is accessible directly from our park. The unit you booked has a large shade tree right outside. Also there is another massive one infront of our family units and 5 large trees at our camping sites. Plus our boundry trees. We have a lot of guests choosing to stay extra nights due to our location.

Dirty and overpriced
This accommodation is definitely overpriced. Wherever I looked, I saw dirt. In the curtains, in the shower curtains, in the furniture... I think that this holiday park should either reduce the prices 50% or do a proper face lift to the rooms (or at least clean them up!!) And on the top of everything we needed to wash our own dishes. What an earth? I don't understand the price of the accommodation. With that price you should get more than a filthy room and self-service of washing dishes. The funny thing is that they don't even check up the dishes of the previous customers as the cutting board was dirty. Didn't want to touch anywhere. I really would like to hear what the price is based on from the hotel...

員工友善，價格便宜但不推薦無浴室房型
價格優惠，員工友善，房間是用carnvan改造，所以空間小且日曬容易很熱，不推薦無浴室房型，晚上有人播音樂到12點，重低音開蠻大聲不太舒服
