Fantastic motel !

This motel is fantastic, conveniently situated near both the town center and the university. The services are excellent, and while the room decor is somewhat dated, it is very spacious—our room had enough bed space for six. However, the car entry and exit are a bit narrow, so extra caution is needed if you're driving a larger vehicle.

The accommodation was very close to the university and the off street parking meant that our car was safe. It was easy to walk into town as well.

There were 2 levels of service in this property. Daytime staff were excellent - went above and beyond to assist. Were friendly and helpful. Evening staff were offhand and disinterested in a couple of issues we had.

We very much enjoyed our stay.The facilities are good, staff always friendly and helpful. Good aspect,sun, parking.Rooms a good size. Our only negative was noisy plumbing from the unit next to us. We will definately visit again.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well, needed a proper vacuum, paint was all flaking off around bathroom and toilet windows. The sofa bed arm rests felt tacky and grubby. Shower was good with great pressure and volume of hot water. It’s in a great location but looks like it’s just been run on the cheap.
