"Great location. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the elevators. Only 2 working and the hotel was busy. This made the waiting times long. "

"We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty. It was clear that the property hasn’t been maintained to the standard expected. The hotel looks impressive in the booking photos, but our experience did not reflect a true five-star level of quality. Sadly, based on this stay, I wouldn’t consider it a five-star experience."
